• Monitor the quality and quantity of cake that is prepared.
• Has good knowledge of cake/ pastry preparation according to recipes, method of cooking/ baking, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
• A team player with strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Highly committed and able to come-out or suggest ideas for improvement or idea for new cakes.
• Managing inventory of stock, ordering and check quality of raw material.
• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
• Able to work for long hours and shift work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
