Job Responsibilities:

• Act as first-level support for application users, including troubleshooting transaction errors, posting issues, workflow rejections, access problems, and basic configuration.
• Log, document, and track all application-related issues; escalate unresolved cases to supervisor, manager, or vendor with clear error logs and reproduction steps.
• Assist with user account setup, access control, and segregation of duties.
• Monitor daily system batch jobs and application integrations; resolve or escalate failed jobs promptly.
• Provide support to key users, including after office hours when required (month-end closing, production downtime, or system deployment).
• Maintain and verify master data such as items, vendors, BOMs, and user records.
• Prepare, upload, and validate data using standard templates or scripts (Excel / CSV).
• Develop and maintain basic system reports.
• Assist with reconciliation and validation of application data.
• Coordinate with internal users and external vendors during system changes and deployments.
• Maintain proper documentation, version control, and system configuration records.
• Assist in basic network configuration and setup (firewall, switches, routers).
• Administer user accounts and system access.
• Manage and monitor system backups to support disaster recovery requirements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic experience in application support, system administration, or ICT operations
• Knowledge of databases, networking fundamentals, and system troubleshooting
• Familiar with business applications (ERP, accounting, HR, or similar systems)
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to support after-hours activities when required
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
