We are seeking an experienced Application Consultant (HRMS) to implement, configure, and support Human Resource Management System solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements and delivering value.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and set up modules for the HRMS solution based on client needs.
• Gather, analyse, and document clients’ business and system requirements.
• Conduct system demonstrations, end-user training, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Guide clients and users throughout the system implementation process.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams on system enhancements and customisations.
• Provide functional and technical support to end users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Prepare documentation related to implementation, training, and system processes.
• Monitor project progress and maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in full-cycle web application development or application implementation.
• Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft software.
• Strong understanding of IT system processes, workflows, and logical flow.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, end users, and technical teams.
• Willing and able to work onsite in Petaling Jaya, five days per week.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with HRMS or other enterprise applications.
• Experience with user training or User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with HR business processes or payroll systems.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or a related field.
