Full Time Admin - Executive (Manufacturing) Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,500 in M Stud Industries Sdn Bhd Ulu Tiram - Ricebowl

• Coordinate and oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production processes.
• Review production orders and develop work schedules based on production priorities and delivery deadlines.
• Liaise with internal departments to monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Inspect raw materials and components in the warehouse to ensure they meet production requirements, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
• Monitor production performance and assist in resolving operational issues to minimise downtime and production delays.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Perform any other duties or ad hoc assignments as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in production, manufacturing, operations, or a related field.
• Experience in the metal fabrication, oil & gas, engineering, or construction industry will be an added advantage.
• Minimum SPM / Form 5 qualification or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in basic English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written) to coordinate with local and foreign employees.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good planning, organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
