Responsibilities

* Prepare all project report and maintain high standard of project documentation

* Coordinate, manage , supervise and able to plan all construction works at site with reference to work program and contingency plan

* Coordinate and monitor delivery of materials and sub-contractor's works to be implementation smoothly

* Dissolving all technical matters, proper record of correspondence and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the drawings , specifications , construction plan and etc .

* Preparation of method of statements , temporary works design and re-engineering

* Maintain workers discipline and safety

* Liaising with local authorities , sub-contractors , suppliers to ensure the works are carried out as per the project's requirement

* Monitoring and ensuring the project is progressing positively in aspect of cash flow , cost ,quality and time

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
• Fresh graduate without working experience is encourage to apply
• Good interpersonal skill and able to work independent
• Initiative and ability to meet tight reporting deadlines in the challenging environment
• Possess own transport
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
• Pleasant personality, open-minded and fast learner
• Computer literate : MS Office and AutoCAD
