• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and process cashless payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Accept and verify payments via credit/debit cards, e-wallets, QR payments, and other approved cashless payment methods.
• Issue receipts, process refunds or void transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Balance daily sales transactions and prepare end-of-shift cashier reports.
• Ensure all payment terminals, POS systems, and related equipment are functioning properly and report any issues promptly.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service while handling billing inquiries and payment-related matters.
• Coordinate with the Finance and IT departments to resolve payment discrepancies or system issues when required.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and data security requirements.
• Support the smooth daily operation of the F&B outlet and assist with other cashier-related duties as assigned.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
