Job Summary

Responsible on Technical Support and Services on appoint project that relates to IT products or services issues to meet customer satisfaction or Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond as the first point of contact for customers’ inquiries and technical issues via phone, email and in-person to diagnosing and resolve any software and hardware issues.
• Responsible to Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripheral devices to ensure optimal performance.
• Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
• Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• Manage and monitor IT products or services repairing and warranty activities.
• Manage and monitor Preventative Maintenance activities.
• Provide and maintain accurate information on IT products or services in the system.
• Record events and problems and the resolution in system logs
• Follow-up and update customer status and information
• Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
• Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
• Assist and ensure IT project process perform according to customer/company procedure and policies
• Assist and ensure all related-on project base documents are handling and kept on an update basis.
• Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned

Requirements

• Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
• Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
• Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science or relevant field

Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
