Full Time Quality Assurance Operator Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,000 in PXM MALAYSIA SDN BHD Bayan Lepas - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

Perform visual inspections on solder joints, PCB assemblies, and finished products

Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections to ensure all products meet company and customer specifications.

Verify that all components, materials, and assemblies are correctly labeled and match production documentation.

Identify, record, and segregate non-conforming materials or products.

Report defects, workmanship issues, or process abnormalities to the QA Line Leader or Engineer.

Conduct first article inspections and support quality verification before mass production.

Ensure correct usage of ESD protection and handling procedures for electronic parts.

Complete inspection records, checklists, and reports accurately and promptly.

Support re-inspection after rework or repair activities.

Maintain inspection tools (e.g., magnifiers, microscopes, gauges) and ensure they are in good working condition.

Follow company SOPs, safety regulations, and 6S housekeeping standards in the quality area.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection or quality control, preferably in an electronics manufacturing environment.

Ability to identify common soldering defects such as bridges, cold joints, and component misalignment.

Basic understanding of ESD control and safe handling of electronic components.

Good attention to detail, patience, and consistency in visual inspection work.

Able to read and understand work instructions, inspection checklists, and production drawings.

Physically able to perform microscope or magnifier-based inspection for extended periods.

Team player with good communication skills and a responsible working attitude.

Basic computer literacy for inspection data entry or quality reports.

Willing to work shift or overtime based on production schedules.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
