Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar construction site supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction project management and site operations.
• Ability to supervise site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is completed according to schedule.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Familiar with workplace health and safety requirements.
• Valid driving licence and willing to travel to project sites.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily site operations.
• Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular site reports.
• Resolve site issues promptly to keep the project on schedule.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
