SERVICE TECHNICIAN (men only) (KULAI)

Responsibilities :

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Junior Service Technician to join our team at Puremeditech Sdn Bhd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the maintenance, repair, and operation of Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems and dialysis-related equipment at customer sites. This role also involves providing technical support and ensuring excellent customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of RO systems and dialysis machines.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and equipment inspections at client facilities.
• Diagnose technical issues and support corrective actions to minimize equipment downtime.
• Provide on-site technical support and respond promptly to service requests.
• Ensure all servicing activities are performed according to safety and quality standards.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and documentation accurately.
• Support customers with basic operational guidance and product-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with senior technicians and internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management of spare parts and tools.
• Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure high service satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronic, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or water treatment systems is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and work on-site at customer locations when required.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driving license is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
