- Delivery Lead (Project Manager) – Summary
Role Purpose
Lead the successful delivery of projects by ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, meet quality standards, and achieve customer satisfaction objectives. The role is responsible for project planning, execution, governance, financial management, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and project closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery from estimation through closure.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and change control.
- Develop and maintain project plans, governance structures, and reporting mechanisms.
- Ensure requirements are documented, tracked, and fully traceable throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage customer expectations and represent the organization in governance forums.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, including internal resources and subcontractors.
- Manage onshore, offshore, and nearshore delivery teams and service commitments.
- Support sales activities through project estimation, planning, and solution shaping.

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–7 years of consulting project management experience.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- PMP certification preferred.
- DMA II completion preferred.
