Job Summary

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of servers, networks, hardware, software, and end-user support while maintaining system performance, security, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Manage and resolve IT incidents within the agreed service levels (SLA).
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain servers, network devices, and IT infrastructure.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and backup systems.
• Maintain IT security, including antivirus, patch management, and user access control.
• Perform routine system health checks and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT support, maintenance, and equipment repairs.

Infrastructure & Asset Management

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, PCs, printers, network devices, and other IT equipment.
• Manage IT asset inventory, including asset tagging, tracking, and movement.
• Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities to ensure business continuity.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure, configurations, and technical procedures.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare reports on IT incidents, system performance, asset utilization, and infrastructure status.
• Support IT infrastructure improvement projects and recommend process enhancements.
• Assist with internal audits and ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or technical support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), networking, and backup solutions.
• Good understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, and network troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
