Responsibilities
- Locations: Alam Jaya (Cheras)
- Minimum SPM/'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling..
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Customer-focused attitude with a friendly demeanor.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidates who can speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese will have an added advantage.
- Working Hours
- 6 working days per week
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- One off day per week (employee may choose the off day, subject to operational requirements).
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit cards, e-wallets, and other payment methods securely and accurately.
- Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers and responding to their enquiries professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy cashier counter.
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels as needed.
- Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts and ready well petty cash listing
- Comply with all company policies and procedures relating to cash handling, security, and customer service.
