Job Description
Investor Relations & Public Relations
- Manage, maintain, and update the corporate website to ensure information accuracy and timely content refresh.
- Prepare, coordinate, and disseminate Bursa announcements in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Support corporate communication initiatives and liaise closely with appointed IR and PR agencies to uphold consistent and professional brand representation.
Corporate Advisory & Legal Coordination
- Support the development and coordination of corporate collaterals and branding materials.
- Assist with trademark registration and intellectual property documentation.
- Liaise with corporate advisors and external legal counsel on corporate matters.
- Coordinate, track, and follow up on legal documentation and corporate contracts.
- Ensure all legal matters are properly documented, recorded, and communicated.
Board of Directors Liaison
- Act as a primary point of contact between Management and the Board of Directors.
- Coordinate Board and Committee meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Ensure timely and accurate information flow to the Board.
Company Secretarial Coordination
- Coordinate with the Company Secretary on statutory document requests and filings.
- Support execution, signing, and submission of statutory and regulatory documents.
Internal Control & Compliance
- Compile, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and corporate policies.
- Support corporate governance, compliance, and internal control initiatives.
- Assist in ISO documentation, audits, and compliance processes.
Administrative & Ad-hoc Support
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support for corporate initiatives and Management requests.
- Coordinate corporate events, and external recognitions as required.
Education, Experiences, Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Law, Corporate Communication, Public Relations, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Experience in Project Task Force or Outsourced Task Force roles will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to Board coordination, statutory documentation, Bursa-related announcements, or internal control processes is beneficial.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate affairs, corporate administration, company secretarial support, legal or compliance coordination, corporate communications, or related functions.
- Management Trainees with relevant project, or task force exposure are encouraged to apply.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with corporate governance and boardroom protocols.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Able to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
