We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Finance Manager to lead the finance function of our Malaysia-based glove manufacturing plant, supporting a predominantly export-oriented business operating under the Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) scheme. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant finance, including manufacturing cost accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, inventory control, cash flow management, and compliance with Malaysian statutory and LMW customs requirements. As a key member of the plant leadership team, the Finance Manager will provide strategic financial insights to drive operational performance, strengthen internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead the local finance team while supporting the financial governance and reporting requirements of our China Headquarters.
