• Make follow-up calls to customers with pending payments.
• Contact customers via WhatsApp to obtain transaction records.
• Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp chats and calls.
• Answer inbound calls to handle customer requests, such as statements, balance checks, and other related matters.
• Record pending payments in Excel and liaise with dealers to confirm outstanding balances.
• Print bank statements and issue receipts for payments made via bank transfer.
• Prepare and submit insurance and road tax documentation.
• Attend to walk-in customers for payment or instalment collection.
• Review daily collection reports and prepare listings of customers who have completed full settlement for Director’s submission to delist from CTOS.
• Prepare draft payment records and statements as requested by customers.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
