Job Responsibilities

• Meet mold design schedule targets (>90%) while ensuring customer-focused quality approval.
• Monitor and update performance indicators within assigned functions.
• Develop and maintain knowledge management practices within the DMD department.
• Ensure compliance with 5S, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, and Fire Department certification requirements.
• Comply with all safety requirements and promote a safe working environment.
• Develop and improve CNC programming strategies to enhance production output.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping standards, and support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.
• Actively participate in BTB (Build-To-Build/Build-To-Blueprint) activities.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and solutions for production-related issues.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Diploma in:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Mechatronic Engineering
• Tool & Die Engineering
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in a related field.
• Basic knowledge of mold design concepts.
• Experience using CAD software.
• Basic understanding of CNC processes and manufacturing operations is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
