Full Time Production Supervisor Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,000 in GLIDE TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD Shah Alam - Ricebowl

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, lead the production team, and ensure production targets, quality, and safety standards are achieved.

Responsibilities

1) Lead and coordinate production teams, ensuring strict compliance with schedules, quality benchmarks, and safety regulations.

2) Strategically plan and organize production schedules, optimizing resource allocation and manpower to meet targets and customer demand.

3) Monitor and evaluate production output processes and equipment performance, swiftly resolving inefficiencies to reduce downtime and maximize output.

4) Train, coach, and mentor staff, fostering continuous improvement, teamwork, and a culture of accountability.

5) Conduct rigorous inspections and quality checks, guaranteeing products meet specifications and customer expectations, with corrective actions implemented proactively.

6) Maintain precise records of production activities—including inventory, output, and labor hours—and deliver clear, insightful reports to management.

Qualifications and works experience:

1) Minimum Diploma in Engineering similar discipline is preferred, but a high school diploma or its equivalent is acceptable.

2) At least 3 year experience in manufacturing company or similar position.

3) Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and objectives.

4) Proficiency with production management tools and Microsoft Office.

5) Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of the organization.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
