Senior Videographer/Editor leads the end-to-end creation of high-quality video content, combining expert cinematography, lighting, and advanced post-production skills. They direct shoots, manage projects from concept to final delivery, and mentor junior staff, ensuring all content aligns with brand standards. Key skills include Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and strong storytelling abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Production: Plan and execute shoots (lighting, camera operation, audio) for commercials, social media, and corporate projects.

Post-Production: Perform advanced editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to create polished final products.

Creative Leadership: Develop video concepts, storyboard, and direct on-set talent.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery while maintaining brand consistency.

Collaboration & Training: Collaborate with marketing teams and train or mentor junior videographers/editors.

Job Requirements

Experience: Proven experience as a videographer/editor, typically requiring a portfolio showcasing high-end commercial or digital content.

Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, plus motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects.

Equipment Mastery: Proficient with cinema cameras, drones, and lighting setups.

Skills: Strong storytelling, color correction, sound design, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Education: Bachelor's degree in film production, media, or related field preferred

Common Qualifications

Extensive experience with diverse video formats (e.g., vertical for social, documentary, commercial).

Strong portfolio featuring high-impact visual stories.

Ability to work independently and manage complex, fast-paced workflows.

Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
