ACE Management Services Pte. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a HR Recruitment & Operations Executive. If you enjoy interacting with people, managing operations and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates for various job openings.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding and employment documentation.
• Manage staff deployment, scheduling and daily attendance.
• Liaise with clients to fulfil manpower requirements and provide operational support.
• Conduct regular staff engagement and resolve employee enquiries.
• Support ground operations, including shift-based deployments according to operational requirements, facilitation duties, and other operational responsibilities during event periods.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and MOM regulations.
• Perform other HR and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Office Hours)
(Flexibility required based on operational needs.)
