Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Process and issue daily sales orders accurately based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate daily stock availability and monitor inventory to support timely order fulfilment.
• Prepare and submit quotations for both existing and prospective customers.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received within agreed credit terms and follow up on overdue balances.
• Review sales performance regularly and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, product demonstrations, and other promotional events

Requirements:

• Proven sales and business development skills, including the ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and nurture client relationships

• Knowledge of the foodservice or distribution industry is highly desirable

• Organizational and time-management abilities for managing multiple accounts

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in managing customer accounts and achieving sales targets is an advantage
