About the Roles

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee residential housing projects based in Ang Mo Kio. This is a permanent position operating on a 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday, 8:30am to 6:00pm), offering a competitive salary of up to $8,000 with variable bonus. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing end-to-end construction activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the planning and execution of construction works for residential developments
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to meet delivery targets
• Oversee daily site operations and enforce compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress
• Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications to confirm feasibility and accuracy
• Track project milestones and compile regular progress updates and reports
• Identify potential risks or delays and implement timely solutions to keep projects on track
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all construction activities
• Guide and supervise site teams to achieve project goals effectively

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in residential housing projects
• Valid Class 3 driving license
• Willingness to travel to various project sites as required
