Roles and Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Testing: Perform independent testing and data analysis from the PCBA level (individual boards) to the final Box Build (fully assembled systems).
• Test Development: Design and build automated test systems, including custom fixtures (ICT/FCT) and software scripts to improve production yield.
• Early-Stage Collaboration: Partner with Product teams during R&D to perform exploratory testing and ensure designs are "test-friendly" (DFT).
• System Integration: Manage firmware loading and verify that electronics, mechanical parts, and enclosures work perfectly together.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all testing meets ISO, National, and International regulatory standards through rigorous documentation and lab management.
• Maintenance & Calibration: Handle equipment calibration, manage test schedules across multiple projects, and propose necessary hardware upgrades.
• Technical Liaison: Act as the bridge between local teams and headquarters for technical support and technology transfer.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years in R&D or Testing, with specific experience in electronics laboratories and system integration.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with PCBA diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, signal generators) and basic tools (multimeters, soldering).
• Foundational knowledge of Sensor technologies and measurement uncertainty.
• Familiarity with Test Automation (e.g., LabVIEW or Python) and PCBA manufacturing standards.
• Documentation: Strong technical writing skills for reports, records, and compliance audits (Microsoft Office proficient).
• Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of tasks, collaborates effectively, and has a growth mindset for new technical skills.

Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
