Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SCCM / Intune Engineer to manage and support endpoint management solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, Windows device management, software deployment, patch management, and endpoint security administration .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer Microsoft SCCM (MECM) and Microsoft Intune environments.
• Deploy operating systems, software applications, and security updates using SCCM.
• Configure and manage device policies, compliance policies, and application deployment through Intune.
• Monitor endpoint health, patch compliance, and troubleshoot deployment issues.
• Support Windows 10/11 device lifecycle management and endpoint provisioning.
• Manage Autopilot deployments and mobile device management (MDM).
• Perform software inventory, asset tracking, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, application, and connectivity-related issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure endpoint security and compliance standards are met.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

• 3–7 years of experience in SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune administration.
• Strong knowledge of:
• SCCM (Software Distribution, OS Deployment, Patch Management)
• Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Manager
• Windows 10/11 Administration
• Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
• Autopilot & Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Experience in troubleshooting endpoint and application deployment issues.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration is an advantage.
• Basic PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
• Understanding of endpoint security and compliance best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
