OUS Group Hiring! Full Time Assistant Manager Information System in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

We are looking for an Assistant Manager, IT to support and strengthen our IT function. The role will focus on day to day operations, troubleshooting, and assisting in system implementation, while working closely with vendors and cross functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Operations Support

• Assist in ERP deployment (Yonyou, Kingdee, Dingjie Digital, SAP) and integration with DingTalk/Feishu.
• Provide technical support for hardware/software issues.
• Help configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Maintain LAN/WAN, Wi Fi, VPN, and basic networking.

System & Data Management

• Support centralized storage, backup, and disaster recovery setup.
• Monitor IT assets and inventory.
• Assist in enforcing IT security policies and compliance with MPERS/data protection.

Vendor & Team Collaboration

• Liaise with third party software providers for troubleshooting and solutions.
• Work with Business Analysts on workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Provide input on technology adoption and efficiency improvements.

Reporting

• Prepare basic IT reports on system performance, security, and ERP usage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT experience (hardware/software troubleshooting, networking, ERP exposure).
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Hands‑on, adaptable, and able to work in mining/retail operational environments.
• Willing to travel to mining sites as and when required to support IT/ERP work.
• Willing to work on-site at the office located in Lake Fields - Sungai Besi.
