Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of insurance operations programs, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Establish and maintain strong delivery governance, ensuring adherence to organizational standards, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for delivery-related matters.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks, ensuring timely issue resolution and escalation where required.
• Manage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and resource planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through effective quality assurance and performance monitoring.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
• Track and report program progress, KPIs, risks, and milestones to senior leadership.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes.
