As part of the Experience team at one of the world's largest fintech events, you'll gain unparalleled access to global fintech leaders, including top founders, senior executives, policymakers, and innovators shaping the future of finance.

At the Singapore FinTech Festival and Insights2040, you will be engaging directly with high-profile speakers and VIP stakeholders. This role offers a rare opportunity to build meaningful connections, expand your global network, and gain first-hand exposure to industry decision-makers, all while contributing to the delivery of a world-class event.

You will have direct exposure to global fintech leaders and decision-makers, opportunities to build a strong international network across the fintech ecosystem, hands-on experience at a world-class, large-scale global event and a front-row seat to learning how high-impact industry platforms are designed and delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

Speaker & VIP Coordination

• Support the end-to-end management of global speakers, interacting directly with senior executives, founders, and industry leaders.
• Manage communications through the speaker inbox, engaging with international stakeholders and building professional relationships.
• Engage with Executive Pass holders and VIP participants, supporting their journey and creating opportunities for meaningful interaction.

Event Operations

• Coordinate key logistics including travel, accommodation, and on-site arrangements for VVIP participants.
• Play an active role on-site, where you will work face-to-face with speakers and VIPs
• Support the team in resolving operational challenges in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Coordinate key logistics including travel, accommodation, and on-site arrangements to support seamless event delivery.
• Play an active role in on-site execution, ensuring speakers and participants are well-supported throughout the event.
• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Delivery

• Contribute to delivering a premium event experience across key touchpoints.
• Support preparation of materials and environments that facilitate high-quality networking and engagement.
• Help create a seamless, professional, and memorable experience for all participants.
