Our client, a leading global BPO/contact center provider, is hiring a Network Engineer to keep their IT network infrastructure reliable, secure, and audit-ready — routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, and everything connecting them.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Managing and troubleshooting network hardware/software across the business
• Designing and supporting new site builds
• Leading quarterly IT network audits and closing out findings
• Building network diagrams and documentation people can actually follow
• Implementing security measures and running backup/disaster recovery processes

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Networking, or related field
• 3+ years in networking/infrastructure management
• Strong hands-on with routers, switches, wireless APs, firewalls
• VPN and IPSec expertise
• CCNA/CCNP a plus, not mandatory

Where you can stand out: cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP VPCs, VPNs), SD-WAN/SDN, scripting/automation (Python, Ansible, Terraform), NFV/virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Wireshark), ITIL background.
