What You'll Do

• Meet with business owners, HR and management teams
• Understand organisational challenges through consultative discussions
• Recommend talent development, leadership, team building and learning solutions
• Build long-term client relationships and grow your portfolio
• Achieve individual sales and business development KPIs through solution-based consulting

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years' experience in consultative B2B sales, L&D, HR solutions, talent development or consulting
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Results-driven with a passion for helping organisations succeed
• Mandarin proficiency (spoken, written & reading) is preferred, in addition to English and Bahasa Malaysia
