Role Description The Operation Fulfillment Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Petaling Jaya. In this role, the team member oversees daily order processing, ensuring accurate packing, labeling, and timely dispatch of flowers, gifts, and gourmet products. The role includes coordinating with warehouse, production, and delivery teams to maintain stock accuracy, meet delivery timelines, and resolve operational issues. The Operation Fulfillment Executive monitors order status, addresses customer and internal queries related to fulfillment, and helps improve workflows for greater efficiency and reliability. This position also supports quality checks on products before dispatch and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives in fulfillment operations.

Qualifications

• Strong operational and logistics skills, including order processing, inventory coordination, and workflow management.
• Attention to detail and quality control capabilities to ensure accurate packing, labeling, and product presentation.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with warehouse, production, customer service, and delivery teams.
• Basic computer proficiency, including the use of e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and office productivity tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-demand environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight delivery timelines.
• Problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Prior experience in fulfillment, warehousing, retail, or e-commerce operations is beneficial.
• Willingness to work on-site in Petaling Jaya and support peak periods, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
