Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support enterprise applications and technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with business users, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Perform system enhancements, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Ensure application performance, security, and compliance with development standards.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
- 8+ years of experience in software development or technical support.
- Strong expertise in relevant technologies (Java/.NET, SQL, APIs, Microservices, or other enterprise platforms based on project requirements).
- Experience with system integration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Banking or financial services experience is an added advantage.
