Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge in Information Technology and familiarity with common operating systems and office productivity tools.
• Ability to assist with Network Administration and basic Network Security tasks under supervision.
• Strong Troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Effective Customer Service skills, including clear communication and a supportive attitude toward end users.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to follow documented procedures and security policies.
• Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur and adapt to a hybrid work arrangement.
• Interest in healthcare technology and compliance standards (e.g., data privacy and security) is an advantage.
