Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform recruitment tasks, from sourcing, shortlisting, selection, interview, and offering employment to suitable candidates to fit the manpower schedule.
- Plan and execute talent outreach and engagement activities to source potential candidates and maintain an optimal experience for employees.
- Handling of employees' disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Handling staff enquiries and ensuring HR policies and procedures are communicated to all staff on time.
- Development and implementation of the policies of the company.
- Analysis, development and implementation of compensation and benefits.
- Performance appraisal, increment, promotion, and employee retention.
- Perform work pass administration and joining formalities and new employee orientation.
- Regular audit of employee personal files to ensure all are well maintained.
- Preparation and checking on monthly payroll reports before salary payment processing.
- Handling of onboarding and offboarding formalities based on company policies.
- Work closely with the project team on employees' training arrangements.
- Any other duties as assigned.
