Job Summary

You will conduct regular visits and communications with debtors to recover outstanding accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and escalation of cases to support financial stability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly site visits to debtors to assess and resolve outstanding accounts
• Initiate phone calls and send SMS messages to debtors to communicate payment expectations and negotiate settlements
• Perform daily follow-ups and escalate assigned cases promptly to ensure effective debt recovery
• Report case progress and outcomes regularly to the manager

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess own transport, preferably a motorcycle, to facilitate site visits
• Willingness to undergo training provided by the company
