Job Summary

As a CS Assistant, you will manage daily operations and shipments to meet customer requirements, handling all aspects of order shipment documentation and liaising with customers to ensure timely responses and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order shipment processes including delivery orders (DO) and invoices (INV) to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements
• Communicate proactively with customers to provide timely updates and resolve shipment-related inquiries
• Track and follow up on orders regularly to monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery
• Generate and report shipment status updates on a consistent schedule to relevant stakeholders
• Utilize MS Office tools to document, organize, and communicate shipment information effectively
• Apply initiative to multitask and prioritize workload independently while maintaining attention to detail

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience using SAP software to support order processing and shipment tracking
• Diploma in Business or equivalent qualification
• Minimum O level certification
