Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance support and upkeeping tester / prober / probe card performance
- Monitor and define tester / prober / probe card performance to reduce unscheduled maintenance downtime
- Provide support to product engineering team on device failure debugging
- Perform tester & prober upgrade hardware / software &configuration to meet sort / probe requirements
- Perform prober / tester / probe card buy off to ensure zero quality issue
- Verification of testerconfiguration based from device requirements and timely upadate on the database
- Verification of NTO checklist and advise the ODSP requirements for the devices based on vendor or customer recommendation
- Support equipment breakdown recovery and implement measures to improve overall equipment efficiency
