Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily sales operations and sales staff.
  • Monitor sales performance and help achieve sales targets.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team.
  • Ensure good customer service and resolve customer issues.
  • Assist with stock control and product display.
  • Prepare basic sales reports when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with management on daily operations.
