Responsibilities

• Schedule architectural and ID trade works from commencement to completion to ensure timely project delivery
• Coordinate trade subcontractors’ activities to align with project timelines and quality standards
• Liaise with suppliers to procure necessary products for project execution
• Read and interpret construction drawings to guide work processes and verify compliance
• Attend project coordination meetings to communicate progress and resolve issues
• Verify subcontractor claims by conducting thorough assessments and validations
• Identify and resolve site problems by implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Report non-conformance issues at the site promptly to the person-in-charge (PIC)
• Record and communicate changes and variation orders (VOs) instructed by clients to PIC
• Oversee health and safety practices for site staff to maintain a safe working environment
• Inspect completed works to ensure they meet quality standards before client handover
• Adhere strictly to company processes and procedures to maintain operational consistency

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Interior Engineering, Building, or Architectural field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or site management
