Responsibilities
- Industry: A1 Main Contractor - MNC
- Office is near Jurong East MRT, Singapore
- Site is at Jurong East MRT
- 5.5 Days 8am-6pm / 8am-12pm
- Salary: $5000 - $6500
Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate architectural works and ensure all works are carried out in compliance with standards, safety & environment regulations
- Coordinate with Civil/Structural and M&E parts to handle technical issues
- Attend meetings about progress, technical issues, etc for architectural works with all relevant parties
- Arrange inspections by consultants and other relevant authorities, if necessary
- Assist to Architectural RI inspection
- Plan and Manage Architectural work progress scheduling, etc.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Degree/Diploma in relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects
- LTA / Building experience will be beneficial
- Relevant experience in construction company
- Good knowledge of structure and architectural details
