The Job:
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods in designated warehouse locations.
Perform stock replenishment, inventory counts, and cycle counts.
Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain good housekeeping within the warehouse.
Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to update inventory records, process orders, and record stock movements.
Ensure all orders are completed within the required Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve inventory or order discrepancies.
Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
The Talent:
Minimum Diploma education or equivalent.
Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
Basic computer literacy and experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is an advantage.
Physically fit and able to lift and move goods as required.
Able to work in a busy warehouse environment.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
