Responsibilities
Overview: -
Monthly Salary: Up to $4400 + AWS + VB
Location: Boon Lay area
5.5 days alternate sat, 8am – 5pm OR 5 days 8.30am – 5.30pm
Your Responsibilities: -
Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting.
Coordinate finance operations with internal departments, oversee cash flow planning, review payments, and ensure effective treasury and banking management.
Perform inventory reconciliation, costing, and financial analysis to support operational and business decision-making.
Supervise AP and AR activities, resolve accounting issues, and ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
Process payroll, oversee HR administrative matters, and support finance-related compliance requirements.
Liaise with auditors, banks, company secretaries, and other external stakeholders, while coordinating audit activities and responding to audit queries.
You will need: -
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
Manufacturing/FMCG/F&B industry experience is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
