Customer Service Officer (1-Year Contract)
Salary: $2,300 – $2,400
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM , Monday to Friday
Location: Sin Ming (BISHAN)
Contract: 1-year renewable
Annual Leave: 14 days
Bonus: Nil
Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join a fast-growing ride-hailing platform. This role is customer-facing and requires professionalism, punctuality, and strong communication skills to support both passengers and drivers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and personalised customer support via hotline, email, and in-person interactions
Handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints from passengers and drivers
Communicate clearly and confidently to resolve issues effectively
Identify root causes of recurring issues and escalate where necessary
Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience
Represent the company positively in every interaction
Requirements
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Calm, patient, and able to handle challenging customer situations
Proactive, responsible, and willing to go the extra mile
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Punctuality and reliability are essential
Additional Information
Open to candidates who can start immediately or within 1 month
Suitable for candidates comfortable with contract roles
