Overview

Join our APAC operations team and work alongside the Regional Payroll Manager to keep the engine of our business running smoothly: accurate, well-governed employee data. In this role, you'll gain hands-on exposure to payroll operations, HR systems, and compliance processes across multiple countries. The focus is on data accuracy and consistency the foundation for payroll, finance, compliance, and management reporting. It's a great opportunity to learn how a large regional organisation manages people data at scale and why precision matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Data Governance: Maintain accurate staff records across HR systems (SIS, BIPO, TIMES, M365 Active Directory). Run regular checks to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Payroll Support: Assist the Regional Payroll Manager in processing payroll (Singapore and Hong Kong) and meeting monthly and annual statutory compliance requirements.
  • System Administration & Testing: Support HR/payroll system setup, upgrades, and testing; assist with data migration and documentation.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Generate staff reports for management, audits, and government submissions (e.g. MOM, NS Pay, maternity/paternity claims).
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to workflow improvements and help integrate HR and Finance systems to reduce duplication and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of HR/payroll experience
  • Familiar with automation tools and able to streamline and optimize processes through automation (Copilot, Python, etc)
  • Strong interest in payroll operations and HR data governance
  • Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365; HR/payroll software experience a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data with discretion
