Overview

Join our APAC operations team to support the efficient management of business agreements. In this role, you'll gain hands-on exposure to contract administration, compliance, and governance processes while working with cross-functional teams. The focus is on ensuring contracts are accurate, compliant, and well-managed throughout their lifecycle—providing a strong foundation for legal, procurement, finance, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts and confirmations
  • Support trading activities by validating trade entries and ensuring contract accuracy.
  • Manage contract execution throughout the transaction lifecycle, from deal capture through to settlement.
  • Provide contract advisory support to internal stakeholders
  • Liaise with brokers, middle office, finance, legal, and external counterparties to resolve contractual issues.
  • Identify contractual and legal risks and propose appropriate mitigations to protect the organisation’s interests.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
  • Support internal reviews, audits, or management queries relating to contracts and agreements.
  • Assist in developing, reviewing, and maintaining standard contract templates to improve consistency and efficiency across the organisation.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in contract drafting, review, and contract management, preferably in the finance industry
  • Strong understanding of contract law and financial regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data with discretion
