Responsibilities
Technical Technician (Workshop Operations & Sales Support) – Class 3 Driving License
Responsibilities:
Carry out workshop operations, including equipment inspection, maintenance, repair, and testing.
Provide technical support for service and installation activities.
Assist the sales team by preparing demonstrations, quotations, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with customers to resolve technical issues and provide after-sales support.
Manage workshop inventory, tools, and spare parts.
Perform deliveries or site visits as required using a valid Class 3 driving licence.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workshop environment.
Requirements:
Experience in technical servicing, workshop operations, or equipment maintenance.
Basic knowledge of mechanical.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid Class 3 driving licence.
Proficient in basic computer applications for reporting and documentation
