Responsibilities

Job Summary

Lead and manage comprehensive HR functions to support company growth, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and maintain a talent pipeline aligned with company growth plans
  • Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies using market research and salary benchmarking to attract and retain top talent within budget
  • Develop and manage end-to-end performance appraisal processes, including KPI development with stakeholders to align employee performance with organizational goals
  • Foster positive workplace dynamics by implementing employee engagement initiatives that promote a harmonious work environment
  • Develop and execute policies and processes to manage workplace grievances effectively
  • Manage staff welfare initiatives, including organizing meals, refreshments, and staff-related events
  • Oversee training needs analysis and coordinate effective delivery of internal and external training programs
  • Develop career development pathways to support employee growth and retention
  • Review and update HR policies, documents, and processes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of workflows
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure HR processes comply with internal policies and external labor legislation
  • Monitor and implement changes related to new government HR legislation requirements to maintain compliance
  • Apply for and manage government HR-related claims and grants, ensuring adherence to grant conditions
  • Manage office facilities, including maintenance and custody of office assets
  • Oversee personal data policies and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Possession of IHRP professional certification
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial-level experience
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proactive, analytical, meticulous, and highly organized approach
