We're looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our Kerala restaurant in Singapore. You'll lead kitchen operations, prepare authentic Kerala dishes with fresh ingredients, and maintain high food quality & hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:

Prepare & cook traditional Kerala dishes (South Indian cuisine)

Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, minimize wastage

Lead a small team, train junior staff, maintain cleanliness

Ensure food safety & compliance with Singapore regulations

Requirements:

5+ years experience in Indian/Kerala cuisine

Fluent in English; Malayalam a plus
