Job Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounting functions including billing, receipts, and payments
• Perform daily bank and account reconciliations, including incoming fund tracking
• Review and act as final checker for AP& AR document accuracy
• Prepare GST returns and financial reports within deadlines
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist in audit queries and providing required documentation
• Participate in ongoing finance projects and documentation tracking
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word proficiently to prepare financial documents and reports

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in accounting / Quickbooks software, Microsoft Office, and strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
