Responsibilities

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant / Hiring Assistant to provide executive support while overseeing recruitment and talent acquisition activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and possesses strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities


Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of management.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects.

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Work closely with the HR team for end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
  • Draft and publish job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals and professional networks.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in executive support, recruitment, HR, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Korean and English is required to support Korean-speaking executives and liaise with the Korea headquarters and Korean stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience using recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed) is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
