Key Responsibilities

• Perform servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC/WDS systems.
• Diagnose faults, respond to emergency calls, and carry out equipment startup/shutdown.
• Provide technical support, client training, and maintain service documentation.
• Coordinate site activities, contractors, and daily work schedules.
• Ensure compliance with data centre safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• ITE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience, preferably with ACMV/DX, CRAC, or critical cooling systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willing to perform standby duties and work in data centre environments.
